1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AeVox services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access AeVox services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
  • Transfer the materials to another person or mirror on another server

3. Service Description

AeVox provides enterprise voice AI services powered by Continuous Parallel Architecture. Our services include but are not limited to voice AI agents, analytics dashboards, and API integrations. Service availability, features, and pricing are subject to change.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AeVox services, including but not limited to the Continuous Parallel Architecture, are owned by AeVox, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent (patent pending), trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AeVox, Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use AeVox services.

7. Data Processing

AeVox processes voice and text data as part of its AI services. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Enterprise customers may request custom data processing agreements.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
